Parents are the primary caregivers, role models, and decision-makers for their children, not school boards, not teachers, and not government bureaucrats. Perhaps a recently filed Pittsburgh lawsuit stated it best, “Parents have a Constitutionally protected liberty interest in the care, custody, and control of their children, including their education.  This is one of the oldest fundamental liberty interests recognized under the Constitution.”

Hillsdale Elementary School, West Chester Area School District

Do you know what’s going on in your local schools?

Your tax dollars are being used to include inappropriate books on public school library shelves, to allow school boards to set policies keeping critical care information from parents, and to purchase toxic training materials for teachers. Please see the following examples:

  • Sexually explicit books in are in our public-school libraries
***WARNING*** Some content is extremely graphic and should be viewed by adults only.
  • Great Valley School District policy is “Do Not Tell Parents” if elementary school children are questioning their gender.
  • A father in the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District was told he was not allowed to inspect and record the teaching materials used in the district. He was concerned that the teachers were being taught Critical Race Theory concepts that were in turn being filtered to the students. Although he was allowed to view the training materials from Pacific Educational Group (PEG), the parent was prohibited from taking pictures or notes about the information contained in the documents because they were copywritten. As a result, he filed a federal lawsuit against the school district for violating his 1st Amendment rights. Although the case is still pending, the judge recently ordered the release of 166 pages of PEG teacher training materials which are being used in the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District. PEG teaches that “systemic racism is the most devastating factor contributing to the diminished capacity of all children.”  The plaintiff’s attorneys call the training material “toxic” and believe that it is clear that taxpayer dollars are being used across the country, including local school districts, to indoctrinate our children. Please see the America First Legal Foundation article for more information on the lawsuit and the Delaware Valley Journal for recent developments.
  • Federal school lunch program funds will be withheld from school districts which do not embrace the pro-transgender interpretation of Title IX. Our poorest and most vulnerable children may now be at risk in a bureaucratic struggle.
